What food and drinks are available at KLAARA 2027?
The conference catering offers vegetarian and vegan food.
There will be coffee, tea and water throughout the day.

Our student assistants are happy to help you:

• They can carry your meal to your seat.
• They can answer questions about ingredients.

We try to offer food with low lactose and gluten‑free options.

I have allergies or special dietary needs. What should I do?
If you have wishes, allergies, or need special food,

Can I buy additional food nearby?
Yes. Near the campus (about 10 minutes on foot) you will find:

• two supermarkets,
• a kebab (döner) takeaway,
• and a kiosk.

On the campus bistro there are:

• a coffee machine with hot drinks,
• a vending machine with sweets.

Can I warm or cool baby food?
Yes. Please tell us if you want to warm or cool baby food or other food.
There is also a device to sterilise baby bottles and soothers.
