A room contingent has been reserved at the Novotel Hildesheim (Bahnhofsallee 38, 31134 Hildesheim) for participants of the KLAARA Conference 2027. You are welcome to book a room there if you wish. The rooms are available from 27 to 30 May 2027.

The price per room and night is EUR 89.00. Breakfast and all applicable taxes are included.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 90% of the booked services.

Please note that the hotel offers non-smoking rooms only. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 150 will be charged.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 12:00 on the day of departure.
